In the app

If account deletion is available in your version of Idle, open Idle and go to Settings > Account > Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps carefully, because deletion is permanent.

By email

If you cannot access the in-app option, email support@idlemeets.com from the email address connected to your Idle account.

  • Account emailThe email used for Idle, if different from the email you are sending from.
  • Username or handleYour Idle username, if you know it.
  • VerificationSupport may ask for more information to confirm account ownership.
