In the app

If account deletion is available in your version of Idle, open the app and check your account, profile, or privacy settings for the delete account option.

By email

If you cannot access the in-app option, email idle@engineer.com from the email address connected to your Idle account.

  • Account emailThe email used for Idle, if different from the email you are sending from.
  • Username or handleYour Idle username, if you know it.
  • VerificationSupport may ask for more information to confirm account ownership.
