Give people the plan before they ask for it.

Post the time and place, make a flyer, add parking or ride-out notes, and update the same meet when something changes.

The meet page

The flyer can travel. The details stay put.

When someone opens the meet, they can see when to arrive, where to park, who is hosting, what the rules are, and whether the plan changed.

01

Publish once, then point everyone to the same meet.

  • Add the date, time, location, visibility, rules, and host credit.
  • Share a public meet broadly, or keep a group meet inside its group.
  • Credit another host clearly when you are posting on their behalf.
02

Use the details you already entered.

  • Create and share a flyer directly from the meet instead of typing the basics again.
  • Add parking guidance, pre-meets, and ride-out details when attendees need extra context.
  • Link back to the meet page for details that do not fit on the flyer.
03

Weather changed? Update the meet.

  • Review active, upcoming, and past hosted meets.
  • Post an update when timing, parking, weather, or another detail changes.
  • Use Host Tools and Host again to bring back a successful meet with a fresh future date.

Have a meet that is already announced?

Send us the flyer and host details, or add the meet yourself in Idle.
