Check your sign-in method

Use the same method you used when creating the account. If you used Sign in with Apple, keep using Sign in with Apple. If you used email and password, use the email option.

Common fixes

  • Update IdleCheck the Updates page for the current public release, update Idle from the App Store, then compare it with Idle > Settings > About Idle.
  • Check your connectionTry Wi-Fi or cellular if one network is failing.
  • Restart the appClose Idle fully, reopen it, and try again.
  • Reset your passwordIf you use email sign-in, reset your password from the sign-in screen.

Email support@idlemeets.com if you still cannot access your account. Include your email, the sign-in method you used, your iPhone model, and what error you see.
