Edit and share meet flyers

Build the flyer

1. Open the flyer editor while hosting a meet or from Host Tools.
2. Choose Feed, Square, or Story.
3. Review the cover crop for that format.
4. Adjust the title, description, time, address, and host layers as needed.
5. Preview the finished flyer before saving or sharing.

Layer controls

• Show or hideChoose which supported text layers appear.
• Position and sizeMove and scale a layer so it fits the image.
• Text stylingAdjust font, alignment, color, treatment, opacity, and wrapping where available.
• Format-aware cropReview each format separately so important content stays visible.

Save changes from Host Tools

Tap Save flyer changes when you want the hosted meet to use the edited flyer. Previewing or sharing a flyer does not silently save those edits or notify attendees.

Prepare an Instagram Story

1. Open flyer sharing and choose Instagram Story.
2. Review the Story preview and choose Adjust Story crop if needed.
3. Tap Open Instagram.
4. Finish editing or posting inside Instagram.

Troubleshooting

• Text or a car is clippedReturn to the format preview, adjust the crop or layer position, and check it again.
• Shared flyer does not matchConfirm the format and preview before exporting. In Host Tools, save changes if the hosted meet should use the new version.
• Instagram does not openConfirm Instagram is installed and available, or use the standard Share option.
• Edits disappearedPreviewing and sharing do not save Host Tools edits. Use Save flyer changes.
