How ride-out plans work

For hosts

1. Create or edit a meet.
2. Add a ride-out destination, leave time, and note when the meet includes a planned drive.
3. Review the details before publishing or saving from Host Tools.
4. Send a quick host update if the plan changes before the meet.

What to expect

Ride-out plans are planning notes for attendees. They do not replace safe driving, local laws, or directions from the maps app.

Troubleshooting

• Directions are wrongCollect the destination name, address or city, and which maps app opened.
• Leave time looks wrongAsk the host to check the meet time and ride-out time in Host Tools.
• Plan missingThe host may not have added a ride-out plan.
