- Wait a few minutesEmail delivery is usually fast, but it can be delayed.
- Request one new linkIf the first email does not arrive, try the reset flow once more after a few minutes.
- Open the newest emailOlder reset links may stop working after a newer one is requested.
If you use Sign in with Apple
Idle does not send password reset emails for your Apple ID. Use Apple account recovery or your iPhone Settings to manage your Apple ID password.

If the reset email still does not arrive, email idle@engineer.com. Include the email address you are trying to use, your iPhone model if you know it, and roughly when you requested the reset.
